Course Title: EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE

The importance of Emotional Intelligence (EI) and why it matters in the Workplace shall be learned. Personnel would also learn to apply EI to motivate and engage teams, foster cooperative working relationships and improve overall effectiveness.
Learning Outcomes: At the end of the training participants will be able to:
Learn practical strategies to help respond more skillfully as pressure, tension and complexity increase.
Identify patterns, triggers and emotional habits that either drive or derail performance.
Learn to suspend judgment to effectively engage and influence others.
Understand how to be an effective coach and help others develop the skills to perform under pressure.
Practice techniques through interactive exercises and develop an action plan to put those strategies into practice.
Work easily with different personalities and communication styles.
Stay flexible and open in the face of change.
