Course Description:
This course approaches the management of projects and programs from a strategic viewpoint. Because organizations lack a common understanding of their project portfolios, this impedes progress toward achieving the organization’s goals. This course is designed to equip the project manager with the tools and understanding necessary to keep his or her project in line with the organization.
