Course Description:
The agile project management course provides an understanding of the agile methodology. Participants will learn the skills, techniques, and mindset needed to manage projects using an Agile approach. The course will teach participants how to collaborate with stakeholders and support self-organizing teams in continuously adjusting and refining their efforts to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

- Understand the principles and Methodologies of Agile;
- Adopt an Agile Approach to Project Management;
- Apply an agile framework as a Project Manager;
- Manage stakeholder engagement in Agile Project Management;
- Use Agile techniques to plan, track and monitor agile projects;
- Discern the difference between a traditional project management approach and an agile approach; and
- Utilize agile tools and techniques to provide guidance and a decision-making framework for self-organizing agile teams to ensure their continued alignment with organizational goals
