  • Module 2 – Agile Leadership Principles & Mindset

    From Command-and-Control to Servant Leadership

    • The 9 Agile Leadership Principles in depth and in practice 
    • Shifting from authority-driven to servant and enabling leadership 
    • Building a growth mindset: curiosity, collaboration, and intellectual humility 
    • Applying principles to real senior leadership scenarios 

     

    Outcome: Participants identify the specific mindset shifts required to lead adaptively at their level and in their context. 

  • Module 3 – Agile Tools, Techniques & Feedback Loops

    The Practical Infrastructure of an Agile Organization

    Key Focus Areas: 

    • Visual management and organizational transparency (Kanban, backlogs, OKRs) 
    • Agile feedback practices: retrospectives, continuous learning, and performance reviews 
    • Prioritization frameworks applicable at senior level (MoSCoW, WSJF) 
    • Designing organizational feedback cycles that build, not bureaucratize

    • Self-awareness tools: Johari Window and Agile Leadership self-assessment

  • Module 7 – Organizational Alignment & Scaling Agility

    Moving from Team-Level Agility to Enterprise Transformation

    • Aligning agile leadership with enterprise goals, strategy, and culture 
    • Practical approaches to scaling agility across teams and business units 
    • Case study: agile leadership at scale in complex organizational environments 
    • Building a personal Agile Leadership Action Plan for continuous growth 

     

    Outcome: Participants leave with a structured Agile Leadership Action Plan defining how they will lead the shift to organizational agility.
