  • Module 2 – Crafting Winning Strategies

    From Vision to Competitive Positioning

    • Strategy frameworks: Porter’s Five Forces, Value Chain Analysis

    • Tools of Blue Ocean Strategy: Strategy Canvas and ERRC Grid

    Outcome: Participants identify at least one viable Blue Ocean opportunity within their industry and build the strategic case for pursuing it. 

  • Module 4 – Strategy Execution & Performance Management

    Turning Strategy into Measurable Organizational Outcomes

    • The Balanced Scorecard: translating strategy into measurable outcomes 
    • Key Performance Indicators for innovation and growth at organizational level 
    • Strategy Maps: aligning initiatives across divisions and functions

    Outcome: Participants design a strategy execution framework — including KPIs and accountability structures — applicable to their organization. 

  • Module 5 – Business Model Innovation

    Reimagining How Your Organization Creates and Captures Value

    • Introduction to the Business Model Canvas and its strategic application 
    • Evaluating existing models vs. designing innovative alternatives 
    • Revenue models, customer segments, and value propositions for new markets 
    • Creating or significantly refining your organization’s business model 

     

    Outcome: Participants complete or substantially revise a Business Model Canvas for their organization or a target business unit.

  • Module 6 – Leading Innovation & Organizational Change

    Building the Culture That Sustains Competitive Advantage

    • Cultivating a culture of experimentation, learning, and calculated risk 
    • Leadership behaviors that empower creative, innovation-driven teams 
    • Overcoming organizational resistance to change and new ideas

  • Module 7 – Innovation Challenge & Capstone Exercise

    Applying Everything — Under Real Conditions

    • “You Are Innovation” — real-world business simulation requiring integrated strategy application 
    • Group challenge: redesigning a strategy for disruptive growth in a competitive scenario 
    • Peer review, structured feedback, and collaborative reflection

    Outcome: Participants present a fully developed innovation strategy with growth rationale, competitive positioning, and execution priorities.

Taopheek Babayeju is the Founder and CEO of iCentra, with over 26 years of experience leading enterprise transformation, organizational development, and executive capability-building across Africa, Europe, and North America. 

He has worked with senior executives across financial services, government institutions, energy companies, and the development sector — designing and delivering complex transformation programs from strategy through to sustained organizational impact.
